All boxes have lifetime warranty so for any reason you have problems with your box or its accessories such as remote control or power supply*, we will replace it free of charge. Physical damage arising from the improper use of the box or accessories is not covered by the warranty.
The way you can exchange the box depends on the place, where it was purchased. You can either bring it in person to the store where it was sold or send it via mail, if you purchased it online.
You have two ways of exchanging the box via mail.
Customers are responsible for both ways shipping.
- Faster way, allow 2-5 business days from the moment of request to receive another box.
In order for us to send the box immediately, you should place a security deposit via credit card in the amount of full box price and send the old box in original packaging. Once the old box is received and accepted, your security deposit will be refunded and posted to your account in 3-5 business days.
- Slower way, allow 5-10 business days from the moment of request to receive another box. Send your old box in original packaging. Once the box is received and accepted, another box will be sent to you. No security deposit is required.
* All other accessories like HDMI, WI-FI adapter, remotes control etc. have limited 1 month warranty.
