Media player return policy

Polish TV Company guarantees a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase of Company’s media player.

Products return

If returned, products have to be in a brand-new condition: in original factory packaging with all the accessories and documentation (e.i. tags). Items, that are attempted to be returned with violating aforementioned requirements, will be subjected to a restocking fee of $25. Fee will be used to recover the costs for restoring the product’s original condition.

We reserve the right to reject a return request, if Company’s return requirements are not met. In this case, a customer is responsible for Return shipping cost.

If returned equipment meets aforementioned conditions, a customer receives a full refund, excluding shipping cost, within 10 business days.

How to initiate a return?

If you purchased equipment less than 14 days ago.

If you purchased a media player more than 14 days ago, you are entitled for a refund under the following conditions:

You agree that the following fees will be deducted from your refund amount:

  • $25 restocking fee
  • $10 for each month, since Company’s equipment purchase

For example, if you want to return Company’s equipment after 3 months of usage and the price of a media player was $ 119.99, the refund amount will be $ 119.99 - ($ 25 + 3x $10) = $64.99

Replacement or repair

Company will repair or replace equipment according to the manufacturer's warranty service policy.
